How to Cook Grass-Fed Beef Patties
To cook gourmet burgers, both a grill and a cast-iron pan work well. Heat to medium-high, place the patty down, and leave it alone. Pressing the patty squeezes out the juices you want to keep. Grass-fed beef may cook faster than conventional, so watch your heat and pull the patties when they reach 160°F internal temperature. Let them rest for a minute before serving.
