This Cajun rigatoni is inspired by a dish my husband and I discovered at one of our favorite local restaurants—a go-to spot for date nights. It features tender rigatoni tossed in a creamy, spice-forward Cajun sauce that’s rich, comforting, and just the right amount of bold.
