Why Eat Grass-fed Beef?

Less Fat and Calories
Cuts of grain-fed beef can contain up to three times the amount of fat when compared to a similar grass-fed cut.

Rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Not all fats are bad! Omega-3s are known as "good fats" and they have been linked to blood pressure reduction, decreasing the chance of a heart attack, better brain health and preventing cancer.
Our beef has been tested and proven to contain as much as 14 times more Omega-3s than grain-fed beef.

More CLA's (conjugated linoleic acid)
According to resent research CLA may be one of our most potent defenses against cancer.
Jo Robinson author of the New York Times best-selling book "Why Grass-fed is Best!" noted that in a Finnish study, women who had the highest levels of CLA in their diet, had a 60 percent lower risk of breast cancer than those with the lowest levels.

Lower Risk of E. coli
Grass-fed beef has been reported to contain antioxidant vitamins and are much less likely to carry the virulent strain of E. coli 0157:H7. A 1998 study in Science magazine reported an E. coli count of 6,300,000 cells per gram of meat in grain-fed animals versus 20,000 cells per gram in grass-fed meat.

More Vitamin E
Grass-fed beef has been proven to contain four times the amount of Vitamin E compared grain-fed beef.
